Did AI Do That?
You can’t know for sure whether the mind that created this blog post was human or artificial.*

There seems to be a whole spectrum of reactions to the advances in AI. Below are a few recent headlines:

But here’s the reality: AI is here to stay. We’ve never been known as a species to leave something alone - especially something as irresistible as creating a supercomputer.
If this is the end of life/communications/art/society/culture as we know it, we might as well experiment and have fun. AI lends us many, many creative opportunities. Take a look at these AI-generated photos created through written prompts:
These pictures more accurately illustrate the images in my mind than anything I could express outside of the use of language. It's not perfect (notice beast's fingers), and it did require a bit of creativity, persistence, and strategic thinking to choose the specific words that would produce the image I wanted despite the abstract and literal limitations of the AI (and my own abilities to articulate my thoughts).
Prompt writing has become a new art; believe it or not, some AI artists have already set up marketplaces for prompts to use in AI art generators like Midjourney and DALLE (more to come on them in my next post).
We will adapt. This is a new challenge and call to be creative.
Thanks to some sharp-minded teachers, students are learning ways to adapt to AI (check out Ms. Gibson's video below).

Don’t let AI scare you; let it inspire you.
In my next post, I'll share some AI tools and resources to help you unleash your creativity.

*I asked NeuralText, an AI writing tool, to write an article with the following title, “New Entrepreneur Discusses Use of AI in Business,” and this was the result:
In today's world, artificial intelligence is becoming more and more commonplace. This technology can be used in a number of ways in the business world, and one new entrepreneur has discussed its usefulness in detail. Sarah Gossett is the founder of My Business AI, a company that provides AI-powered marketing services to small businesses. Gossett spoke about her experience using AI in an interview with Business Insider, and she gave some interesting insights into its potential benefits. One of the main benefits of using AI in business is that it can automate certain processes. For example, My Business AI can automatically send out marketing emails based on customer data. This saves time for businesses and helps to keep them competitive…
