Have you tested or piloted the program?
Have all stakeholders from Human Resources, Training/IT, and Communication been engaged?
Has a pre-measurement study, survey, or focus group taken place?
Have success metrics been outlined? What does good look like?
Are all channels being used as appropriate?
Are subject matter experts and leaders talking enthusiastically and often about the program?
Are they showing their own personal support of the program (e.g., personally taking a safety pledge for a safety program)?
Are they setting expectations for their teams to support the program?
Are expectations and information about the program outlined in the new employee orientation training?
Have you created a feedback loop so improvements can be implemented as identified?
